Pick-ups at Consignor's Residence

Pickup fees start at $125. Delivery fees start at $95. The fee is based on location and the quantity of furniture being picked up. Affordable Consigned Furnishings will call and confirm the day before your set appointment with your two-hour window. Consignor can drop off their items off Monday – Friday 10am to 2pm with ACF Assistance.

The condition of the items being consigned with Affordable Consigned Furnishings must be Clean of stains, smoke, dust, pet hair, particles, tears, rips, discolorations, surface damage and must be fully functional and ready for the showroom floor. If your item/s does not meet the conditions stated, they can be rejected at the point of pick up or drop off. Upon final inspection at our facility, it is the discretion of Affordable Consigned Furnishings to donate or discard any items not meeting the above conditions, without notice.

Pricing and display is handled by ACF with full permission and consent to markdown items by 25% after 1 month, another 25% after 2 months and also reserves the right to discount items because of negotiation or sale. Affordable Consigned Furnishings has complete discretion to split up and/or place your items to maximize resale value. There is a handling fee added to the sale price of each item which covers ACF’s expenses for receiving and processing the furniture. Consignor’s receive 50% of the determined selling price which does not include the handling fee. The handling fee is paid by the buyer.

is 90 days from the date Affordable Consigned Furnishings receives your merchandise.After the consignment period has expired we can donate your remaining unsold items. If you would like to pick up your unsold merchandise you may do so with a 24-hour notice prior to the end of the contract. All merchandise remains available for sale until picked up, delivered or donated. The consignor will retain ownership up to the point of sale. Consignor will hold Affordable Consigned Furnishings harmless for damage to or theft of any items and from any claims of injury or damage resulting from the sale or use of consigned items.

Consignor Payout is mailed on the 15th of the month, which includes the previous months sold items. The consignor will receive 50% of inventory selling price, not including the handling fee. ACF is not responsible for delayed of misdirected mail. Consignor has 90 days from the date of the issued check to collect on the funds or it will be forfeited to Affordable Consigned Furnishings.
